Nrl squad is all what Des wants.
Everything under that is cleal's role.
Yes he is meant to go out and spot young talent from all over, yet we see him there in the sheds at game day. Mulholland once said you will never see me at the games because that way I won't be doing my job, my job is to go out there and bring the players to the game.
