I can't help but think Payne has been paying for her lawyer. Multiple arrests and only serving one month of a 9 month suspended sentence is wrong.. I know it wasn't the crime of the century that she committed for her most previous arrest, but based on her priors she should absolutely still be in lockup.

I'd assume she would be shortly going to be charged and be under police gaurd, I don't think she will pass go this time ,stranger things have happened though. Guess time will tell

Thankfully this time there's going to be a lot of attention on the case and the judge will be under the spotlight.. It's mind-blowing the shit people get away with, and we wonder why people repeat offend... they say most people who get locked up repeat offend, well there's not exactly a huge deterrent when they hand out weekend away sentences.

Obviously only know as much about all this as has been printed by the media and I'm not 100% inclined to believe everything they say. But if it's true that she was driving erratically and ran from police, I hope she serves a long jail sentence for this.
