You know what the funny thing is? Apart from Critta, in the last couple of years we did good things playing on the margins. Preston was great value. Curran was great value. Mann. Tracey. Sexy. Over that time, look at the big $$$ signings that are superstars. Name me one million dollar player signing that made the club great. The only signing I can think of recently is Hynes. And the sharts are alright despite Hynes, not because of him.

We just went from shitsville to competitive by signing value and some here want to just buy the perfect guy for us. Guess what. If that player exists his club ain't selling him. So we pay overs on a basket case. Just lol.

Hunt no. May no. If the price was right I'd consider Smear. But thats Burpo money, not Hynes money. And thats because if he can stay inury free he's a real asset and I'll guarantee if the storm didn't have a cheap (and maybe better) replacement sitting there, Smear is going nowhere.

It shouldn't be this hard.
