Official May signs with Tigers

Sounds like he is likely bi-polar. Not uncommon in elite athletes who experience the highs and lows.

If he seeks medical treatment, then that might be all he needs to get back on track.

The point here was you said the comments were from 5 years ago. They're not lad. You've come up a bit short. It doesn't upset me nor do I care. My opinion is he's a bum

The majority of the comments were re 5 years ago did you even read the entire articles? Funny how you left out the quote that he finished the interview with because it dosent suit your agenda

“Then you just look at the bigger picture. You need to support your family and I couldn’t do it without footy. I have aspirations to take the club to the GF and to play for NSW.”

I remember asking, why would the Rorters let him go ?
If true we just got our answer..
My question now, is he not happy at the Rorters or it's just an attitude problem ???
It's Gus's job to find out that's if we are interested !

Imagine running on that field and seeing their hideous supporters and their team colours? That would make me shift anyday

As someone with it, I can confirm he’s probably going through a dip if he’s disinterested.

Some on here are simping for a bloke whose played one season and spent most of his media time talking about how he wants to quit.
I would be very reluctant to chase May from the Roosters him saying I lose interest in the game I only play to support my family RED FLAG keep away

Still waiting for someone to say thank fck we haven't signed anyone major yet. Means we are doing our due diligence, staying within what we think is value and not spurting an overpay load over player managers faces for someone with culture issues. Different from the Dogs of 4 years ago....

Reckon I'll be waiting a while.

Throw the 3 brothers a cheap package deal
Sure. Great idea!! That'll fit right into CC's culture club!!
Sack Foxx for fibbing and in the next breath employ 3 brothers - 2 with way more serious issues than Fox and poor old Tyrell who seems to be struggling with mental health demons or existential dramas.
And Why? Because you got em for a bargain!!
Nothing is free in life my friend.
There are always consequences.

We would be the biggest hypocrites chasing them 3 as a package just after we sacked Fox.
True
Think they thought Fox was replaceable.
Getting older and a bit injury prone.
2 of them would compliment tye roster nicely though, if they had the right attitude

I dont disagree, however i think if Fox was on less $ younger, and less injury prone, they would have kept him

Most of our reasoning for sacking Fox is due to off field issues and setting culture standards. It wasn't due to being over the hill, over paid and injury prone well the official reasoning. Tyrone and Taylan have had multiple incidents. Terrell for whatever reason has been moved on by the Roosters despite being talented. He has a few TPJ vibes where he has no love or motivation for the game just does it for a paid job.

"If Fox was on less $, younger, and less injury prone" he'd be a rookie, and therefore rookie mistakes might be somewhat forgiveable.

It came down to a simple calculation: was his contribution (or potential) still greater than the cost of his mistakes? The answer came back: No.

Josh is not a rookie, and therefore rookie mistakes are unacceptable. He had enough chances and that's why in 2025, his journey and ours take different paths.

See ya Josh. Good luck.
