Reminds me more of Brett Kenny.
Kenny didn't have Burton's kicking game and he also didn't have the size of Burton

stylistically, Burton is closer to Fittler or Daley IMO... whether he has their sort of ability though is yet to be seen

We need to lock him up and make sure he does reach his potential. Will be the best half in the comp Barrett did a very good job there Penrith will regret it.

Yep. His leftstep is big but not as bid or explosive as Freddy. It is more like Kenny, particularly how hippy his movement is on the field, not a Pearl swerve & swoosh, but effective none the less.
Either way let's be thankful a player that we are(far too early) comparing to some of the best to ever play the game will be suiting up for us in 22.
He has the potential to be a core of the team for a decade & become a club legend....written about on TK for decades to come in reverence.....
Even if the Baz experiment fails & he is punted 6 months into 22, the club will owe him for spotting & signing the next Bulldog legend....perhaps.
What we can be sure of is we wouldn't have been aware of Burtons existence until his breakout performances & then probably too late to sign him for 22 & beyond..

Kenny or fittler? Both legends and both bring premierships

I reckon with him playing in the centres all year will make him a better runner at five eight.
