I thought Kiraz's elbow touching just before letting the ball go, should have been ruled a tackle.

Pretty good read but
"promoting a somewhat questionable offload after his elbow struck the turf"

There was nothing questionable about the pass as it was all in the one movement, hence why it was cleared by the bunker.

A MUCH better report than you get from "journalists" though.
