New theory to come out from experienced Boeing 777 pilot which rules out terrorism, suicide and is interesting.

Landing gear caught fire enroute from Malaysia due to warm conditions and or electrical circuits within compartment short circuiting.
Planes captain and crew did not realise until it approached Vietnam and after signing off with Malaysian flight controllers.
By this time tires could be well lit and smoke would be pouring into planes cabins- standard oxygens masks would not have helped as Oxygen tanks within plane would have been disabled as oxygen fuels fire.
Pilot tried to disable electrical circuits from causing further electrical fires and in turn systematically turned off transponder and then tracker.
Captain turned left which is the nearest direction of closest airport (Langkawi-North west Malaysia) that can handle that planes landing as turning back to Kuala Lumpar was too far and risky and the pilot wouldve been familiar with the location of the airport as the pilot who came up with this theory advised its always in the back of each pilot's mind where is the nearest airports mid flight if a emergency happened.
By this time bottom of plane could've been on fire and explains why the plane went up to 45,000 feet possible to put out the flames as there is less oxygen up there.
by this time the fire and smoke could've engulfed the whole plane and then the auto pilot could've taken control as the pilots may have been blacked out from smoke inhalation.
The plane travelled west until fuel ran out and probably crashed into the ocean.

this guys theory is 2 weeks old, before knowing the plane took another left turn into the indian ocean and before knowing it flew for hours and hours

Go read the comments below In the article simpleton...when you do an incident investigation you look at all the possibe causes not just one pilot's opinion... theory has already been rejected dopey.

naah its just a "common" opinion based on the supposed "debri" spotted via satellite in that area. Malaysian authorities want to save some face and were probably pushed to making this announcement. At the end of the day nothing is confirmed and dont be surprised if in one- two years time the plane wreckage is found near the coast of vietnam.

Like I said now they are saying plane was travelling faster than they thought hence search area has moved closer to perth, soon they will end up near the vietnam border
