Although the administrators and moderators of The Kennel will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of The Kennel, nor any Administrators will be held responsible for the content of any message. If you find any material which breaches the code, please click on the "Report Bad Post" button underneath the user-information area of each post to bring this to a moderators attention. The owners of The Kennel reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread or post for any reason necessary.

As a member of the Kennel you agree to the following:


Harassment


-I will not abuse, insult, threaten or personally attack another member. If you use any terms in an offensive context against a person, race, culture, group or organization, as determined by our moderators, you are in violation of this rule.

-I will avoid using foul language or make attempts to bypass the swear filter

-I will not defame any person(s) whether it be a Kennel member, player, official, media personality, etc


Posting, Advertising and Spam

Unless a thread or forum is designated as an area ok for spamming, you may not spam. Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following:

-Excessive off-topic threads

-Posting nonsensical messages

-"Flooding" the forum with similar meaning messages

-Inciting a forum war or riot

-Blatant advertising

-Messages without content

-Fraudulent activity

-I will not post on the Kennel for the sole purpose of increasing my post count or Kennel cash.

-I will not make repeated attempts to hijack threads.

-You may not post or private message advertisements or spam anywhere on the forum without prior permission.

-I will refrain from posting religious or political material that could be considered offensive.

Porn/Sexually Offensive Materials

-I will avoid posting or using inappropriate, obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening and illicit material. You may not post or link to pornography or sexually offensive materials. If you are unsure whether what you wish to post may be in violation of this rule, please consult a moderator first before posting.


Privacy

-You may not post any form of real life information of another member unless the user has first permitted it by express consent. Examples of real life information include name, address, IP addresses, photos and phone numbers.

-Although it would be possible to read Private Messages we respect your privacy and we never have or will do so (unless it is/was deemed absolutely necessary). Private Messages are not a secure form of communication and we do not advise the sharing of important or secure informations by this mean.

-You may not distribute any form of real life information, email address, private/email Messages with intent to harass or in any demeaning manner as determined by a moderator, regardless of consent.

-You may not disclose a user's unpublicized email address unless the user has first permitted it, either by actual consent or previously releasing said information.

-You may not post any form of real life information if you are 13 or under.

User Content

Signatures, whether facilitated by the forum software or by the user, may not exceed the following restrictions:

-The signature may not contain more than 12 lines including blank lines. Signautres text may not be larger than size 14.

-Signatures may not be animated.

-Signature images may not be larger than 500 pixels wide by 200 pixels high

-Signature images may not be larger than 25 kilobytes. (unless hosted by a third-party image hosting service)

-The signature not contain or display any material in violation of the Kennel CoC.

-The signature may not contain two or more images.

Avatars may not exceed the following restrictions:

-Avatars may not be larger than 120 pixels wide by 120 pixels high.

-Avatars may not contain or display any material in violation of the Kennel CoC.


Moderation and Bans


-You may not evade a ban. Doing so will drastically lengthen your ban. If you have a problem with the banning or feel it was inappropriate, please contact an administrator.

-You may not publicly complain about or demand a reason for another user's ban, the deletion of a message, or the deletion/closure of a thread. Any discussion about warnings, bans, message deletion, thread deletion and thread closure should be done over private email between the person concerned and the moderators.

-You may not re-edit a message that has been edited by a moderator.

-You may not post a message on behalf of a banned member.

-If you have a friend or relative registered on The Kennel that shares your IP Address, please let Administration know as soon as possible. If Administration is not told, it will be treated as a multiple account, and in some cases, may lead to your account being banned or infracted.

Miscellaneous

- I will avoid using foul language or make attempts to bypass the swear filter.

- Members are permitted a maximum of one account per person. If you choose to ignore this important restriction for the purpose of bypassing a ban, agreeing with your own posts to further your discussion or posting content which contravenes the members code, all your accounts may be disabled.

- With every ban given to a user (over 2 weeks), along with losing access to the forums for that specified time, they will lose the ability to receive and use Kennel Cash permanently. The privilege of using Kennel Cash will now be allowed to be permanently or temporarily dismissed for any given time on the digression of Administrators or Moderators.

Questionable actions and content

IMPORTANT NOTE: Contrary to popular beliefs, the Code of Conduct isn't designed to cover everything. Moderators may act - issue a warning, ban your account(s) and/or IP addresses, lower your post count, delete/edit your post(s)/thread(s), etc. - if, in our judgment, you undertake any conduct that is deemed:

• Counterproductive to the forum community;
• Restricts or inhibits other users' from using or viewing any Kennel services, including the forums.
• In violation of any additional policies posted in the forum. (usually in the form of a stickied thread, as well as in the guidelines forum)

- We value your feedback. Whilst able to question a decision through private escalation, I will accept the umpires decision and not repeatedly complain publicly about any decision or process made by Kennel staff. This means that if I don't agree with a decision or request further clarification, I will use PMs to the person responsible or for general feedback post in the "Site Suggestions Forum". If I am not happy with the response, I will escalate it to admin. Once the escalated decision has been made by admin, I will abide by the decision.

If I am found to have broken the rules above, I accept full responsibility and will accept any necessary action taken against me by Kennel management and staff. This could include but is not limited to warnings, 24 to 48 hour sin bins, 3-7 days, 2-4 weeks or permanent bannings. By becoming a member and posting on the Kennel you agree to be bound by all codes of conduct, terms and conditions of membership.

As the codes of conduct, terms and conditions of membership may change periodically, it is your duty that you regularly familiarise yourself with all current codes, terms and conditions of membership.

Communication facilities
The Portal contains electronic bulletin boards, forums, chat rooms and other communication facilities which provide for feedback by users to The Kennel, real-time interaction between users (including individuals referred to as guests, members, moderators, super moderators and administrators) and other electronic messaging and notice services ("Communication Facilities").
It is a condition of your use of any Communication Facility and your access to the Network that you do not do any of the following:
· restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying any Forum;

User licence to The Kennel
By placing any information or other material on the Portal (including posting messages, uploading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication), you grant to license holder of The Kennel a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide licence to do the following in respect of the information or material:

1. use, copy, sublicense, redistribute, adapt, transmit, publish and/or broadcast, publicly perform or display, and
2. sublicense to any third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted.
