The Cap limit on Supplementary Players is $80k and the total limit for the Club is $650k. Plus players are entitled to $3k per NRL match payments.
Whatever number of Supplementary Players we have they don't have to be registered with the NRL until the Monday prior to Round 1.

The club's General Manager of Football Phil Gould, confirmed on X that six players will be on the development list for next season: Fanafou Seve, Lipoi Hopoi, Joseph O'Neill, Jonathan Sua, Sosaia Alatini, and Logan Spinks.
Since then we know that Seve has left, which leaves 5.
Pretty confident that more will change before Round 1.
