Just herd about this on 360 I really liked Kiraz before he tuned that Fat prick up. Now I fucking LOVE him. The fact that this kid respect’s the jersey and the club enough to Tune a “senior” teammate for carrying on like a fuckwit after a loss speaks volumes about the type of kid he is and the type of attitude we want from players playing in our jersey.
That said I find myself asking why he was pulling Allen into line and not Jackson.
Absolutely spot on, that's his role and am sure Potter observed this too. Jackson has been captain purely based on his effort levels. He should be a leader or otherwise the captaincy should be given away to someone who will step up.

He is so unorthodox but that’s what makes him so good. The opposition don’t know what to make of him. You just gotta see how Gutho had no idea when he was coming towards him. Then the split second Kiraz knew Gutho commited to the wing he pinned his ears back and it was lights out!
kiraz used his eyes well to fool gutho, eye contact with gutho then that split second of looking to his outside with a quick shaping up to pass, great bit of deception and timed perfectly

I love how people call bullshit as soon as the media reports something they don't like, but when something they do like is reported, most just accept it as gospel, without a second thought.

Not sure if there is any truth to this. Allan has come out on socials and said it's total BS. I guess it's possible he was just trying to save face. But I dunno..... a bloke who came here on a train and trial and has only just cracked the fg team giving the rest of the boys a rev up? Sounds a bit like poppycock to me.

Whether it's true or not, it takes more than a rev up from a newcomer to produce a performance like that. This seems like typical Telegraph BS trying to make the rest of the roster look bush league and take gloss off our win by claiming we needed a rev up from a rookie to motivate us to do what we did.

And if it was something you all didn't want to believe, you'd all be asking where the quote was and calling it made up rubbish like you do with all the negative shit about the club that comes from Fox and News Ltd.... 100 percent. Lol

Lastly, if there is any truth at all to this, Gus needs to find the leak and plug it. But personally I think this is from the same school of fictional reporting as "the club doesn't even use drones".

This is a concern for mine. While I respect and admire Jacko, I just don't think he has the temperament to be captain. You can see the players respect him though, so it's also about what he does during the week. I just think that since Ray came back, he's been revving up the forwards, which has improved our game. It's hard to know for sure, without hearing what Jacko tells them and we probably shouldn't read too much into body language. Jacko is laid back. K mean he's seen a lot over a long career, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that he isn't seen raging, but that's not him anyway. Someone like Bupa did that and we loved it, but not every captain has to have that personality to lead, so I dunno.

If I was a senior player with origin experience getting ripped on by a rookie for not caring about a loss and it came out in the media, I’d do the same thing. I’d deny deny deny. It most likely did happen. And as a fan, that’s music to my ears.

The best part of this thread is how people are still discussing the "incident" even after Corey has denied it happened. Tbh, I like the fact he has put those grubs on 360 on show.

Do we definitely know 100% whether or not it's true or BS?
The reality is, unless a person part of it admits it happened, you will rarely be able to get 100% certain for most of what is said. Which is also why gossip columnists/commentators can do it without concern.

Allan has called the info wrong though, and as Paul Kent wasn’t there you would think Allan should get backed here, no matter if we want it to be true or not.

I doubt any player would go on social media to deny something like this if it did actually happen. Not a nothing incident like this. This sort of thing would happen weekly in different teams.

Exactly. If the "report" is to be believed, Allan's a pretty laid back guy. I smell BS lol

Jacob Kiraz plays for his jersey while most over paid players play for their pay cheque.

Jacob, you have gained the upmost respect from your fans. Thanks for bringing respect back to the Bulldogs.

Usually, when scum ***** in the media fully make up shit they don't use names or add "allegedly" or "apparently" and shit like this is in that bullshit "shhhh" column or whatever the fuck it's called.

If true, they patched it up and Allan replying with "damage control".

IMO I wish it happened but more than likely it didn't.

It is a story that immediately resonates with us as fans who have wanted to basically say something like this after 80% of games that have been played in the last 4 years. That is what makes it believable, along with Kiraz's superb start to his career.

On every other level, starting with the source, it isn't believable.

the story is bullshit and both Allan and Kiraz have denied it
now obviously where there is smoke there is fire
and Kiraz definately cares more than most in the dressing room and he shows this on the field and off
but to say there was an altercation is media bs - always got to find a way to bring us down when something good happens

I heard when Jacob's mum was in labour, she didn't even push - Jacob pulled. See, I can make up stuff about Jacob, too.

Don't get me wrong, I like the guy.... but not as much as I like making fun of my poor gullible la familiars.

It's embarrassing for this to come out so obviously they would deny it. I personally think something did happen, things like this aren't uncommon in team environments.
