Love how you try to muddy the waters.

Very clown like.

How did you come to your conclusions without the statement of claim?
Geez, you're all over the shop there. Flailing away hoping something/anything lands.
Try to calm down and organise your thoughts.

What conclusions have I come to?

Really? That tedious trope? That's what you went for? (btw, the irony isn't lost...)
Maybe save it for those impressed by it. Just bring an argument (if you have one) or don't.

Heat stroke is real guys, its no sign that somebody is weak, yes ive seen it once in a league player personally, body heating up, nausea, irritable, you can barely stand and need to lie down. Clubs are in a tough position

Was that heat exhaustion though?
but it’s a completely different scenario to topine. He trained the next day and what not… it’s not like he passed out and was disabled. Our case and manlys case are two opposite spectrums. One died and the other mentally couldn’t take it.

Thats totally right... Not sure what Topines case is but im assuming Bullying and Harrassment in the workplace leading to anxiety and depression compared to like you said the death of player.

Im not even sure how Topine's case will work considering the main argument against the claim would be that he wasnt singled out as it was a punishment based on disciplinary reasons for ALL employees.... Burns coming out saying he endured the same punishment really screwed Topines case.

I see a very stagnant hearing ending in a settlement for this one... Topine will probably end up with a less than a quarter he is arguing for.

Overheated shearing sheep a couple of times really hot days and hot sheep no aircon ended up in hospital. NOT a great feeling you have got no control over your body it does not do you much good long term either. I think with Topine he is just taking the money route if that's his Oldman's best advice he might want a second opinion.
