so Wilson misses out again?
I reckon Wilson has been agitating for a release to go to eels and they will release him.
it’s just the feeling I’m getting after seeing this signing.

The Mole: Bulldogs swoop on 'bargain buy' replacement for sacked winger Josh Addo-Carr
The Mole
November 4, 2024 - 6.17am

The Bulldogs may have picked up a bargain buy replacement for sacked winger Josh Addo-Carr in Knights flyer Enari Tuala.
Tuala has agreed to a two-year deal with the Dogs - on considerably less cash than Addo-Carr's former contract, estimated to be worth around $500,000.
Addo-Carr parted ways with the club late last week after testing positive to cocaine during a traffic stop

Tuala is a proven try-scorer who twice topped the Knights' tryscoring chart in his five seasons at the club.
The 26-year-old Cowboys junior, who played three years with the club before moving to the Knights, has the added bonus of being able to play both wing and centre.

Tuala, a former Junior Kangaroo, was expected to sign a new deal with the Knights before the Bulldogs swooped.

With both centre Jeral Skelton and Addo-Carr leaving Canterbury, the opportunity is there for Tuala to grab a regular backline spot. But the Bulldogs do have two talented wingers in Blake Wilson and Warriors recruit Marcelo Montoya, and competition for spots will be tight in the trials.

Addo-Carr's management, meanwhile, will hold talks with several Sydney clubs in the coming days in a bid to find the tryscoring ace a new home for 2025.

Everyone saying Wilson straight in don’t understand how bad his injury was, it was really nasty. Gus and the coaching/medical staff won’t rush him in.
Tuala is a great buy, it’ll allow us to rest players like Kiraz and Critta who looked burnt out at the end of the season.

What does everyone think of Josh Addo Carr labouring?

Bullshit publicity stunt IMO.

The guys on 500k a season for how long and we’re supposed to believe he’s hard up for money?!

Pisses me off how dumb they think the fans and public are…

As for Enari Tuala he seems like just a depth signing.

Which he’s perfect for and can do a job if injuries strike.

Squad depth is needed. We now have Crichton, Kiraz, Xerri, Wilson, Montoya, Tuali, Sua and Clark; 8 players to fit into 5 positions. We had 2 in and 2 out. If we didn't sign replacements i'd be worried.

He was helping his mate renovate his yard lol. Was hardly work, look at the shoes he was wearing he’s failing to get a contract hence why he’s showing himself off on his instagram

100% a publicity stunt to show that he has his head screwed on, a strong work ethic etc

It's the right play for him, to be fair.
