Coachphobic.Dean pay gay.
I really do hope so because it gets harder from there. These first 3 games were winnable but we haven't competed yet.We might just turn it around next week.
It's pretty simple, you already have the answers to your questions;we need to hear the plan of action and how the board etc is gong to save this once staunch no nonsense club.
Lol ok mate.. will wait/watch with high hopes, new coach too?It's pretty simple, you already have the answers to your questions;
The team for the first couple of rounds was picked on form, attitude and pre season training plus performance in the opposed session and trail game.
After a couple of games players will be relegated and promoted to/from the lower grades based on their form to date.
We have somewhere around $3/4m to spend this year under the cap. We won't reveal how much because that would jeopardise current negotiations with unscrupulous agents and other clubs.
We have around $2m additional available under the salary cap for next season. We won't reveal how much because that would jeopardise current negotiations with unscrupulous agents and other clubs
For 2021 we have a further ~$3m available under the salary cap for next season. We won't reveal how much because that would jeopardise future negotiations with unscrupulous agents and other clubs.
All of this is known, published and/or revealed at the AGM, what more do you want to know?

That’s exactly what this board is trying to achieve. There was no secret we were going to have a lean year this year. They are building up a war chest to go on a spending spree in the years to come. If it means getting the spoon this year to finish top four next year then I can handle that. The board’s main aim was to develop juniors and start freeing up the cap for a genuine rebuild to return to be a force like we once were. It doesn’t happen overnight. We need patience!It's pretty simple, you already have the answers to your questions;

Only problem though is do we still have the smarts to attract the right stock? I'm talking about Rep Ready, proven 1st graders that can hit the ground running? I don't like our chances but will be happy to be proven wrong.That’s exactly what this board is trying to achieve. There was no secret we were going to have a lean year this year.
