Has he got magical powers which only works on the minds of people.
How can any one at the club, in the board, in the powers that be not see the massive flaws in his coaching ways?
Everyone at the club including the players are seemed to be under a spell and singing praises for Des.
This is the only logical explanation i can come up with on why Des not only has the coaching gig at dogs but also an extension for 2 years on more money than any other coach in the league.
