10% agree, it’s what always used to happen & kept bush footy strong.
Now Macksville….I take it is somewhere north of Brisbane?!?!:tearsofjoy:
Only 10%? Haha. Yeah Macksville is totally Queensland.. If Queensland changed their borders to 4 hours down the highway..

Lay off Qld guys. Macksville or Macky for short looks very similar to Mackay when written on eligibility forms. It was an innocent mistake, and we are sorry we won so many series from it ;)

I understand that tonnes of people still hate Inglis and we all know his medical retirement was a massive scam.. But he was a superstar who made a tonne of money during his career that doesn't need to do this. Most players wouldn't. So credit to him for playing for Macksville which would be huge for all of those players in that comp that get to say they played with or against Inglis.
He's a germ who had a charmed life in the NRL thanks to his fuckwit mate Greenberg. Plenty of other blokes got run out of the NRL for less than what Inglis did.

You're not wrong but plenty of others have done worse or had a million chances. Look at Lodge, Packer and Pearce etc..

Either way it's a good thing that he and other players go back and contribute to their local community and bush footy league.
