Are they legally allowed to be parked on a footpath? They can be driven on footpaths so you would think they can... having said that, and not withstanding the lack of disabled sticker, i;m not letting the tires down on an old person, that's probably taking things a bit far. :grinning:

At least they parked it there and not gone through shops .thea bar on front dont look shin friendly.

I think there would be better options for where they parked the scooter. Seems selfish to take up a disabled parking spot that might be required by an actual vehicle needing it. But one of the old fellows at the last nursing home I worked at was quite capable of doing half hour to an hours worth of walking but relied on his scooter to get to the shops. So I'd probably move the scooter onto the footpath, but wouldn't slash the tires.
