How do you deal with sticky beak neighbours

A piece of advice to ward off a nosey neighbour… hit them with some nosey treatment by return… to go into the hornets nest you too must be a hornet

She accepted that story but obviously had suspicion.

Any a few more months pass and she is still suspicious.
Old mate had changed his phone code so she couldn't hack his phone.

But she did notice an unfamiliar phone number frequently called and received calls on his car screen when his phone sync to the car.

She memorised the number and decided to call it,
It was a lady voice and she hung up.

She suspected, her hubby having an affair
The irony right....

So eventually she discovered his phone pin and got back into his phone.

Discovered text messages, dirty photos and the like.
Hubby was having an affair with this lady, and others.

She came over to our house telling my wife all about it and she did apologise for accusing me of being a cheating hubby, and noted she should have been looking closer in her own backyard.

Talk about, glass houses haha

Honestly, I feel bad for their little kids
They are separating now and nothing good will come of it.

Gee's mate, that is karma. I wish I had a juicy story like that of my own to tell lol but nope. We have a neighbour who everyone in the streets despises both sides of the road. I'd actually like to move out because of her but at the same time if staying here is pissing her off, then that's good enough for me. My cat goes over the fence regularly and shits in her frontyard then burries the shit under soil.

Tell you what,
It could make an excellent SBS movie plot couldn't it.

Would need some spiteful murder or somthing abd some raunchy sex scenes

Renters are so predictable.. it’s Saturday night and there is a party on.. music pumpin, goofy blokes laughing, the clicker clack of beer bottles..

I’m battling neighbours on different fronts.. my renter neighbour is having his party and I’m listening in to see what they are made of and across the road last week he bought a new car so yesterday sold my car and my new car gets here Tuesday to put him back in his box

I admit I’m pretty tired, need an inter change after making so many tackles to keep renters/neighbours pinned in their own 20 and driving them back

My neighbour cut down a tree that we looked over on one of our balconies it was lovely it looked like we were looking over the Amazon but she took it upon her self to cut it down because an old neighbour and friend planted it long before she was there. Long before I was there, but they hated each other once he moved to the blue mountains she cut it down. Without Strata approval. She does a lot for the unit block I’ll give her that and our apartments are really nice but nup this was too much I lost my temper and yelled at her and trust me didn’t go down well with the missus…. But everyone hated her and was scared of her and months later people started to turn against her controlling ways. No one liked her and it took one dickhead like me to get the ball rolling. I did the wrong thing but even my missus now begrudgingly says well I’ll give you she has disappeared. Don’t yell at your neighbours but it did end up working for me but I wouldn’t recommend it for relationship goals.

I faced off with my neighbour this morning.. he took out of his garage his used car he bought 2-3 weeks ago and I reversed out my brand new car I picked up last week..
