The club has tweeted that Hoppa has been taken to hospital with a severe concussion and possible fracture. Shows it is just a game. And puts the loss in perspective. WWOS have a picture on twitter but it's very distressing as it shows Hoppa on a hospital trolley with a neck brace and oxygen mask with his wife looking very concerned. All the best mate!

get well hoppa.

you were one of our best tonight....put his body on the line.

unfortunately des has made you into a turtle, but we still need you if we can think about winning next week.

Abbey won't get a shot. Hasler would rather Bmoz break his fucking leg before he chooses abbey

that is what i am thinking, putting bmoz at the fullback position and making his season end prematurely.

Poor bloke. Puts his body on the line despite people on here giving little credit for it. Hopefully nothing major and all ends well.

hmm so this literally was a hospital pass ffs

btw elliott shouldnt be the only one feeling bad, the team had 2 minutes to think about what to do after hoppa somehow held onto it, they decided to do the klemmer leg pump hitup on the 4th and a nothing grubber kick from morris to waste a great chance to take the lead

The results of the head clash looked pretty nasty, hope most of that was precautionary and he isn't hurt too badly, it was a very unlucky hit he collected there.

If you include Sundays, that could be 9-10 weeks.
But seriously, hope he gets well soon. He has been trying, although a lot of us here give him shit.

It was a hospital pass but to defend Elliott a little it was an offload at pace very close to the try line. I can't really blame him that much for it.
