Ogden has a lot of ability. He just doesnt know how good he can be. With a different mind set,
and the proper opportunity he could be very good.

Ogden has lots of issues, mostly around ignoring directives from the coaching group, including dieticians and trainers. His discipline in achieving his mutually agreed to KPI's leaves a lot to be desired.

I'd like to see CCrichton given some reward for his hard work in recovery sessions all year, he trained his arse off, every day in every session. It wasn't his fault that he got injured and was unable to earn a new contract, with us or someone else. Unfortunately it was in the last year of his contract. Even if it is a trial and train, he deserves something for his commitment and dedication.
