How our club and today's team can still hold that tag "the dogs of war" is a total embarrassment to past doggies teams and administration. In 2012 for example, the team didn't take a backward step, they were intimating and oozed ball skills. The pride and passion in the jersey those players showed is what the doggies DNA is all about. Something the current administration, coach and players don't get and won't until changes are made to reintroduce past players who do understand the doggies culture.We were nothing like the dogs of war in 2012.
This is the dogs of war;
Don't disagree GM entirely, but we did have Kasiano starting games and steam rolling guys on a regular basis leading him to win prop of the year. Pritchard was devastating and the Kas-Pritchard combo earned them the tag of "bash bros". Josh Jackson was making a name for himself and Eastwood was appropriately named Beastwood. Graham was coming off the bench from memory and going hard giving it to any teammate who slackened off..he was partnered on the bench by two underrated hard nuts in Finucane and no-frills firebrand Payne. On their given day, they resembled Dogs of War amigo, but yeah, that 2005 squad was special!Nah mate, our pack hasnt been feared for over a decade now. Dogs of war is a distant memory.
