No "pending" offers. An offer being a contract offer (a legal document) being considered.
There may still be a number of 'ongoing discussions' behind the scenes. Or even a signing that is being kept under wraps.
Either way, the most important part of his tweet is letting the dust 'settle' before season kick-off.

Even if he did take the tour it doesn’t necessarily mean Gus will make him an offer. I reckon he would pretty astute on knowing whether the player was keen to join or is just trying to bump up his price.

I remember Gus saying something in regards to a player being linked to us like “We had a chat to him to see if he was interested in becoming a bulldog”. He doesn’t make pie in the sky offers like the tigers do only for them to get knocked back.

That’s probably we he didn’t follow through on Moses. Has there been a player that has officially knocked us back since Gus took over ?
