i had to turn off his notifications he fuckn sends messages every few minutes sometimes.
 
I remember him saying early on in the piece that he sat down and created rosters a cap impacts on all teams across the comp. Gus will know which teams will be under the most cap pressure.

He maybe expecting a few deals to come up.
