got scammed via ATM yesterday

checking my online account tonight and noticed a $500 ATM withdrawal
rang bank and found out that a cardless withdraw was used by someone who called my bank and answered some security questions
bank gave them a code they punched it into the ATM and got $500 no card no pin
i have now got a security word installed so no word no cash
ill let you know how i go

nope,i have done the census cause i think i chucked out the pin code

you should get your money back from your bank, but how the hell those people knew your security questions?

Don't these careless withdrawals require a pin to be sent to a mobile number? I guess the number can be a pre paid account.
Either way, the person who did this is obviously known to you if they passed the security questions with the bank.

exactly , any withdrawals like that my bank sends a code to my cell phone.

2) who was Kennel member ZEE formaly known as
3) who is the biggest Josh Reynolds Fan
4) How Many investment properties does ZEE own

That's a dodgy bank, probably an inside job.
I cancelled my card a few months ago due to online fraud and had to attend the bank with 100 points of id everytime i wanted to withdraw cash.

after all i have done to improve his image and he would do a thing like this, it was taken from Westmead, do they have a mosque or butcher shop over there ?

the funny thing is the bank tells me my account is now showing $960 in credit after i transferred the balance to another account and zeroed it !
