dude chinese democracy has not been released & probably never will be, well even if or when it is, i couldnt care less GNR without slash/duff/izzy/adler is not GNR its a fcukng lame ass cover band at best

BUT

what you got your hands on is a mix of a few songs that they have done for a few movie soundtracks here & there & the rest is NOT & i repeat NOT , GNR

it is bands trying to emulate them & what this album may sound like if it ever were released!

better to wait until August 28 & check out the new acdc track rock n roll train

a band who kicked down the doors of the UK & more importantly the American market for legions of other aussie bands that followed

a band who has sold > 90 million album , played to more than a billion people
& played to over a million @ one gig in Russia

a band who defined an entire genre

a band that is about to spend the next 2 yrs touring the world

& thats just the tip of the ice berg

i am not a fan of Madonna never have been & never will be but i respect her purely becasue she has been successful for so long, she has been around along time & has proven herself, look how many have come & gone & she has always been @ the top of her game ,

As for AC/DC , see , someone calling the band i have loved since i was 9 rubbish, well that invokes the same feeling as when someone calls the footy team i have followed since i was 5 rubbish, i immediately get defensive & pissed off!

Respect ACDC. Love Thunderstruck. But wouldnt go out of my way to see/listen to them. Just not what i like.

Side note, Davo do you like the movie Thunderstruck? lol
