Yeah that whole thing is pretty crazy hey. Been following that for a while.

Please tell me your Quaid?
yes I am back for now, got sick of posting here because most of it was to do with Lebs and muslims..
I dunno but that seems to of died down so I will come back and post again.
BTW I don't really give a sh!t about rugby league anymore, plus most other professional sports!
All too greedy and rigged for my liking!
2009 Bulldogs vs Parramatta, Jarrod Haynes invisible 40/20 was the last straw for me!

ever since she has said she was going to get american (and other international) workers to fill her specialised roles (on much less pay), she has been smokescreening with other topics to take the attention away from what she's trying to maximise for her own personal gain

she's not looking to send australian jobs overseas because australia doesn't have enough skilled workers....jobs are sent overseas so corporations, banks and stockholders can make profits off the backs of non-unionised, uninsured, desperate people living in a terrible economy still dealing with the lies of the 2008 global market crash, to which all the criminals got bailed out while the common man is STILL paying for it, around the world, including all of you

her mining operations make billions in profits each year, yet we are to understand that all these experienced workers in this country who can't get a gig up on the north west shelf and these people who want a clear pathway into the industry, are not able to be accomodated? that creating training opportunities and making their existence obvious to the general public, is all too much? is her billions causing her blindness as well as deafness? no, i know when a self serving whore is just acting dumb

if she could, she'd get them africans on $2 a day. they live in third world poverty countries and are just desperate to live. nice slavery racket dressed up as a workforce. our world is the same, just paid better in some parts

we can argue about all the ins and outs of all of this, but what this whole monetary system is always about, is profits vs humanity. we lose humanity whenever we are focused on profit. the state of the world is a joke and it's all because of this system. who the **** says i don't have a right to a decent life? or you? or anyone? we all lost our humanity for the sake of money.

are you ok there are countries in the world with rediculous levels of poverty and starvation? there is only so much blame that can be placed on their lack of government. might wanna take a look at how mostly american and british corporations muscled their way into those countries and milked the ****ing things dry

money doesn't even exist anyway. it's a promisary note with no ****ing value backing it and this is what we're all fighting for. pathetic

we have the intelligence, know how and technology to be able to live in a better world yet we are so fixed with this sytem. it just defies how intelligent we are as a species when we are so ****ing stupid we try to maintain this failing system. can't wait for the day it falls in on itself

iceland's looking good about now

privatising profits and socialising losses and we're all so stupid we try to justify it. next we'll be telling ourselves that choosing one political party over another political party actually means something

I almost forgot you're on the AFP's top 10 most wanted, STILL, for displaying a sign that said "BOMB BROOKY"
That is one thing that has increased since I seen you last, is my hate for Manly scum supporters!

Good parts in bold, but the rest is quasi socialist ramblings about how workers who agree to accept low-wages are slaves, wich is just really insulting to the real victims of slavery (there are many in my family tree).

Nothing Rhinehart said is incorrect, morally or practically. Some people might say; "Gina Rhinehart is a greedy because she wants to pay african $2 an hour instead of Aussies $25p/hr" while somone else might say " Gina Rhinehart can employ 80 africans, give them good wages, save overhead costs (which are passed on to consumer ALWAYS), make her company more profitable and have less $ stolen fromit by ATO, all for what she pays ONE aussie to work for a day.

I'd say the AUssie public are greedy for trying to tell a stranger how and where to spend her hard-earned money.

P.S somone said somthing about inheriting all her money from her father? she only inherited a banrupt company, which she turned around.

On the flip side of your argument you could say that cutting off 10,000 Australians from a $750 a week wage could have a carry on affect to small business. if they each spend $600 per week it's $6,000,000 that local business won't see and can compound the issue with businesses sacking people because they're not making enough.

Rinehart might employ the same size labor force for a much smaller cost but it doesn't mean she will cut the price of her product. This is not how business works.

I can't comprehend your arguments about the ATO stealing her money. You'd prefer the low income earners to pay for the countries infrastructure, health and welfare and all while gratefully accepting pay cuts to push us back towards third world living.

I never said any of that, and I don't think the government has any business in any of those areas and they should only get involved if thy can do it without using money obtained by theft. (Meaning they shouldn't get involved)

well it was just a tour of the streets of detroit, a city which has been gutted by company owners moving jobs to a cheaper workforce for profit

the irony in the case of the auto companies is that they shot themselves in the foot

take away good paying car manufacturing jobs -> less people with good money in america -> less people buying cars -> GM needing bailout loan

People losing their jobs is always unfortunate (espicially if they have a family), but GM should have been liquidated 5years ago, not propped up by the tax-payers. GM was and is a ridiculous company whose sole saving grace is "patriotic Americans" buying American made cars despite the fact they are of lower quality and higher price than their competition.

All of this can be much better explained by Frederic Bastiat

Hypothetical question for motorists; your car is on a quarter tank of petrol, you see 2 servos, first one is selling petrol for $1.40 a litre and is owned by a Russian company, second one is selling petrol for $6.00 a litre but is Australian owned. Which one would you fill up at?

Answer it and think about your answer before you call smart business owners greddy.

Which one would you fill up at?

Fixed below.

Hypothetical question for the unemployed; your centrelink newstart allowance is $460.00 a fortnight while some other international life support agency is offering $1,000.00 a fortnight, which one would you leech off?

lol no i dont do government benefits, nothing gets me more angry when people suggest its so because i take personal pride in not doing it

even when i needed it a while back instead i went to victoria for a month to do some peasant ass work to get me back on track, harder work than you can imagine and ill work at mcdonalds before going back and its been enough about 18 months later because of some discipline

trust me when i have a strong situation, i can make $100 in about 3 minutes (4-7 hands) in and out using good blackjack and betting strategy

Nothing wrong with charity or welfare, it's just that in this country theres a centrelink in every town with a 10,000+ population and the federal government (not just Rudd/Gillard, but lso to a lesser extent Howard) encourages people to get on welfare and stay there. Switzerland is a good example of a reasonable welfare systyem
Besides mandatory voting, welfare is the best way to ensure a two-party system.
