I want to write Perham off but I might give him the benefit of the doubt after only 1 round. They only broke our goal line defence twice. For the Turbo try, Perham was actually on track to be first to the ball before Burton ricocheted it away from him like an idiot. Maybe Perham didn't call that he had it but he was there. The second was while we were a man down. He was a handful with the ball in hand, a couple of times.

Burton won't get dropped unless he has a whole series of real shockers. He's on too much money. The Flanno apologists can get f*****. Finally doing the bare minimum to pass as a halfback is worth nothing after 3 years. I expect we'll see KO and Burton in the halves later this year.

KO, Reynolds, Papali and Averillo, Nu Brown are our only serious alternative spine options for this year.

Depending on our form, by round 5 if we have lost all 5 games in a row, I expect Flanagan to make way for Reynolds. There is no way CC is going to make wholesale changes.
