Would be good if we ran with a bit more pace when In attack.
Oportunity is there if they get their timing right, they pass short when they should go wider instead.
Taaffe overplaying his hand.
Positive signs
Last try coach won’t be happy
Taaffe may be overplaying, but that’s because he’s trying, he’s also been safe at the back a bringing the ball back a good passing, better than what we had at the back all last year .

Early days but scoring points still a struggle.
We had all the ball, much of it down the Storm’s end and we’re down at half time. Maybe don’t need to worry so much about middles though - King, Poasa and Hughes all put in well in that first half.

I'd rather see what's happening right now than if the Hughes try was given and then we perhaps score a couple more and win comfortably.. could lead to complaicancy / unrealistic expectations. We have been the better team, have lacked some polish. Overall been so much happier with the performance than almost anything we saw last year.

They better practise it because the Storm kids are shutting it down lol
Yes but my point is we have actually created space. Be good to see us under pressure to see if revert back to same old shit, or stick with it. Jason Taylor seems to be having an impact. Storm D has been pretty on point, scramble especially

So damn if he does damn if he doesn’t perform ?
Yes, pretty much. He's a nothing forward and my opinion isn't changing because of 40 minutes against a reserve grade side.

If Critta plays he ices some of the opportunities that young Clark had. Poasa, Hughes and Kautoga all strong. Hutcho and Salmon good. Xerri solid. Burto and Reed disappointing. Some good early signs though
I agree with that assessment uce
