Had a simple meal falafel, cherry tomatoes with feta ,cucumber ,haloumi and pomegranate

Yeah tell us what ya think. I have tried most things on bread. Love say half a meat pie, or bit less on one slice folded over also.
Pie meat on a heavily-buttered piece of bread is bliss! When I make home-made steak pie there is always plenty of leftover meat and that gets punished the next day with about half a loaf of fresh bread and butter. Health food:tearsofjoy:

Brother and Sisters... January 6 is the, Epiphany, the day the 3 Kings visited Jesus offering the gifts Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.

To celebrate, annually, Lebanese people from right around the world bake what are known as "Awamat" or, Lebanese Doughnuts. Now, they are not exactly doughnuts though, more like dough balls. They are fried and covered in syrup, service crunchy.

My goodneess this is something I look forward to every year.

They have the Greek versions at the AFL which are similar but have lots of lemon in there. Too sweet and sour for me.

I Like them lightly soaked and with no rose water at all.

My Tayta would use orange blossom water for my own special batch.

Feta and watermelon

Steak and eggs

Chili, onion and garlic with EVERYTHING
Chilli, onion, and garlic goes well on every source of protein you can think of.

I use to buy expensive fancy rubs for meat.
Not any more.

Chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder on everything these days haha.
