What if it ends up hurting someone? Is it still "good on them" then?

I was watching Metallica this year when someone decided to light a flare and people got burnt. Ridiculous behaviour.

This is about media bias. 2 games this year vs Dragons and we have seen at least two flares being lit up. Why is it ok for them to do it with no uproar. However, if Bulldogs fans did it, you can only imagine the media beat-up.

Bulldogs do it - Terror and people running for their lives
Others do it - fun and passion.
