Is this guaranteed though?? I cant find anywhere that states its def friday. Could be saturday from wat i have found. If true sucks for sure, yet i dont think finishing 6th deserve to many favours. At least be in Sydney, if we some how get through, all games from then are min 7 day, or 8 day turnarounds!!!

They are incompetent/rorted, I just hope they aren't that incompetent/rorted not to adjust week 2.

Early weather prediction Sunday. Cold as F—-. 15 degrees with a decent southerly blowing. Probably feel colder. Dont know if a southerly plays havoc in Homebush or not

I'm not feeling down even though we have had a couple of big losses. I sort of expected that, perhaps not as big. I am glad we have had a couple of losses to get this out of our system. It had to come. It will make us better rather than it happening in a semi.

The Dogs have surpassed my expectations. I was thinking maybe just missing the 8 as doing pretty good. Building for next year into the 8. We got into the 8 without winning a game just like we got into 6th. But we put ourselves in that situation in the first place. The nature of the comp is close and all those wins when people expected us to lose have got us exactly where we are which is just about the right place for us to be right now,

I don't think we are quite top 4 yet but getting close. But even if we bow out we have done great because its only the 2nd year in a five year plan and we are well on track to not just make the 8 but win the comp within that time. The good thing is we will continue to do well. This is not a one or two year wonder like in the past. This is long term.
