Well one things for sure, I’m confident the boys aren’t coming into 2021 as one of the unfittest teams in the comp as we have the past 3 seasons. You can actually see the effort and intensity in these clips. A far cry from cuddling on a beach and throwing tennis balls at walls of preseasons gone by. A great return to the training sessions Folkes would be proud of.
