He has been working out at private gym revesby at my sister goes to for the last 6 months. It was asked of the members to not say anything they do a mix of bootcamp and weights.

I hope this is a reflection of Xerri and not a sign that our woeful defence from last year isn’t getting any better.

Its a 50/50 split through out the day tbh... sometimes attack gets through, sometimes defense is solid.

But when Xerri gets the ball he is a friggin handful.

They do alot of opposed sessions, full contact so lets see how he pulls up
