It's pretty close but why the hell would you put Barba on the bench? The last time I checked having one good season shouldn't get you into any kind of best of list.

If we are focussing on players in their prime, then of course Barba should be on the bench.

I reckon Tonga in front of Vangana. Vangana played only 3 seasons whilst Tonga lasted 5 and won a premiership.

i'd have Robbo in there, maybe on the bench instead of barba.

the 79, 80 entertainers era was before my time, so i missed his career while he was playing,
but i've been watching alot of the matches from this era recently, and Robbo hit the ball up straight and fast,
and more often than not the dogs carved up on the following play

If we won the premiership in 2012 then yes Barba would deserve it but this is mostly because people still remember 2012. He didn't win us the premiership that year either so IMO he doesn't deserve it at all.

There should be a lot more players from the 1980s period when we were exceptionally dominant as well.

get barba out of there ffs
Yeah, bye bye Barba goodbye. I think Darren Smith would fill that bench spot pretty well, he was at home at centre and second row.

Therun on side would be near unbeatable backed up by an awesome (minus Barba) bench.

Sherwin should be on the bench instead of Barba. Unlucky not to win the Daly M.

Bench is shit. Team is great however.
You can tell a good side if they have name players on the bench and I think we can boast that, even Lloyd and Tim are looking stout.
However this is not the best ever, until they win two or three Premierships with the bulk of the same side.

I think you missed the point of the thread.
