Was a nice tough win in on/off weather, bar a few bad ref decisions and player decisions I was happy with the performance of the boys and the refs.

Benny started showing some glimpses (yelled and cheered at that long run), I hope that shoulder niggle isn't affecting Reynolds game :(

Congrats to Tolman!!!

Tolman is a machine. Frank killed it again tonight

Our players need to start going to Barba more in the 20 zone AND our forwards need to look to offload to him...He's looking dangerous and yet Ennis keeps thinking a pass to Tolman in the 20 zone on the 4th tackle is the way to go.

Good game from everyone tonight. Barba was great, the halves were both good. Not sure how many repeat sets we got but it impressed me. The forwards were out for redemption and they earned it. If we can put together more performances like that we'll be among the frontrunners again by finals time.

How many times did we go within a bees dick also? Lafai at least twice, Frank at least twice.
We are going to demolish a team soon, I can feel it.

Unconvincing win. I will take it, but it was not a good game of football imo

No part of our attack was convincing tbh, we were sort of lucky that we rolled over the line.

The broncos defence was terrible. I wouldnt take much away from that game.

Was good to see our forwards run the ball hard.

Anyone else felt less frustrated? why? because T-Rex wasn't playing.

I though we played decent enough for the win, I'm happy the effort was there.

I thought considering the conditions it was a great game of grinding football. Why I can agree our attack isn't there just yet, we did what was needed tonight and held our heads together. First top 8 team win of the year too. Good signs tonight all around.

Would swapping Lafai and Morris and pushing Inu out to Browns wing (where Lafai would be after the swap) help increase our attack and cover both sides defensively (having Morris and Inu on each side to make up for for lapses)?

Having Lafai and Inu as left centre /wing with Morris and Perrett on the right would give us our best back line ibn both attack and defence.

Not so much as having Inu as the "enforcer" on the left side but he plays top football in that position and Lafai goes much better at left centre.

Pity Tolman missed those two tackles or it would have been just a try separating them.
