Ok ,

I am all for Des , if he can bring the change in the repetitive , continously failing, clueless, dumb footy we have been playing for last 4 years.

If we continue to see the same rotten 5th tackle options, same tolman who kills our momentum on 3rd/4th tackle, half assed bombs which never gets chased etc, then we have no hope, we will not win the comp ever.

If Des can wake up and bring the change then i believe this team can go all the way.
