yep-and 20% of our population have 2+ chronic conditions. Already,without COVID,over half hospitalisations are due to chronic conditions and 89% of deaths. (AIHW, 2021 data). Those who have respiratory illnesses, transplants, cardiovascular disease - challenging times.

I'm actually starting a stricter lockdown for the next 2 weeks.

The main reason is to avoid the dumb fuck parade coming up with the animals released from their cages and to see if delta comes back with a vengeance.

I think next 2 weeks will be safer then after . Since cases relatively low now , take a couple of weeks to spread

The lawyer said that vaccines aren't mandatory but are required for certain roles. He compared them to driver's licence, saying that a driver's licence isn't mandatory but if you want to drive, or want to work in a role where you drive, then you need one.

Kmart stores in Blacktown and Mt Druitt saw dozens of shoppers queuing before midnight in lines which snaked 50m from the entrance
