I doubt they’ll ever disclose that.
A reasonable guess though is Poland had a short term excess supply or may expire before they can use it and yes they were probably compensated for it. The outcome is still good - it’ll get into Aussie arms faster and that’s another step closer to having the current crap affecting us all in the rear view mirror.
