With a bit of chilli or garlic sauce and you have a 10/10!I'm due for a steak sandwich with melted cheese, beetroot, tomato, bbq sauce and onion, don't forget the pepper.
I have to give that a go. Sounds awesome with a nice salad.Old wog one here
Veal marsala
1 bunch of veal steaks bash the absolute shit out of em
2.half cup marsala ( fortified wine)
3.1 cup of cream
4.salt pepper and flour
After bashing the steaks lightly season then dust in flour drop in a hot oiled pan cook in batches about a minute each side .remove steaks drop in marsala burn the booze out of it then add cream keep on high heat till it starts reducing. Then re add the steaks and cook for a futher few minutes put on plate .and pour remaining sauce over .

The great thing about it is you can do it with beef, lamb, pork or even fish heads & add any vegetables you like. A couple of Asian herbs / spices / sauces work well as well.Ill be giving that a crack as soon as it gets colder
