Sounds good cheers
I do a fair bit on cooking at home as I enjoy it.

Generally I google 3 or 4 recipes, get what I like from each & make up what I think is best. Seasoning is really what appeals to your own taste.

You really cant go wrong with this especially slow cooking in an oven. Good luck!

Let me know how you go!

Sear it on the grill to give it a nice outside colour then smear Tomato paste all over it. Stick it in a deep oven dish with some potatoes, onion, celery, carrot and garlic. Cover it with salt and pepper (not too much salt, tomato paste is salty) then red wine and beef stock. Throw in some of your favourite herbs (oregano and garlic are good, or garlic and rosemary, or garlic and sage). Slow cook it for about 4-5 hours (can do it in an oven on 110 C or in a slow cooker.
