Surely breaking point is coming soon for the board to sack Pay. If it's not, then they don't have the clubs best interests at heart.

Letting this rot and rabble continue will only damage the clubs reputation further and scare off recruits and sponsors.

They've been very patient with Pay. Too patient. Now is the time to show some balls and make some big girl decisions! Step up Lynne! Show some leadership..
They won’t do it. They didn’t have to extend his contract this season. “Apparently we are a family club” and won’t do it. This is a business and we need results. I hope we have someone lined up..

Unless pay goes, the quality players won’t come .. so you have to get rid of one to get the rest.!!! Obvious decision here if we want to be the MIGHTY BULLDOGS once again.

I still can't get over Pay taking Averillo off for Harper. Only to change his mind and bring Averillo back on and take Meaney off in the space of about 15 mins. Just bonkers coaching. Or maybe he's finally making good on his promise to bring the madness back.

I know it's been mentioned in other threads, Napa's performance in the context of playing his old club & needing to step up in Tolman's absence was absolutely shocking. The number 1 change he needs to make for next week is him being dropped from the starting side for Toomaga.

Imagine wasting two interchanges on your outside backs instead of your forwards...

Virtually all the media crap on about Pay needing more time and how unfair it would be to sack him. Even Gould on the weekend said he felt Pay was doing a good job. At what point does the board have to either (a) re-sign Pay for another year of (b) give him the flick? Surely there is a point in time when they have to make a decision for the apparent prospective players. Addo-Carr and co. will want to know who is coaching. Is is possible that his cards have already been marked and the English coach is getting the gig? I wonder if Thomson is coming to us with the promise of him taking over.

No wonder he made Napa play most of the first half. He had this interchange waste in mind
To'omaga should've got some of his minutes, he may have looked tired but he was still getting across and making his tackles instead of Napa who just stood there and missed or didn't even attempt them..

Renouf looked like he was having a crack like he has done all season. Time to start him.
Napa back to the bench

We really need to start getting more minutes into him, if he makes mistakes then he makes mistakes, rather see that from him while continuing to improve than seeing the same shit from the same players.
