I thought Mahoney was the man for it, but he's way too emotional and has become a liability now. Burton on the other hand doesn't talk and has shown he has no leadership skills.

Dunno who's off contract, but if there's anyone out there with 200+ games, sign him and get him to run this shit.

Ciraldo plays a second hooker on the bench every week. He uses Flanno for five minutes and Reed stays on the field. The coach clearly doesn’t see he cannot play 80. He should come off the bench and play the last 60minutes

We need the go and recruit a leader. We need to parachute In a captain.

Neither Burton or Reed are captain material.

What would you like to see in the offseason and our squad for 2024?

I would like to see;

- Crichton and Burton as centres
- Taaffe FB
- Skelton on wing
- Hooker on the bench (Mahoney cannot play 80)
- Purchase a 5/8
- Purchase 3 props
- Employ a Jiu-Jitsu coach (atleast 4th degree)
- Bring in a specialist coach to work with our spine players

Gus also needs to scale back on some of his other media commitments

I would not replace Wilson on the wing. He has speed, a great sidestep, and is not afraid to mix it with the big guys. He is also stronger than he looks,
is safe under the bomb, and can run the ball back from our own line.

Wilson is our next X factor.
