So far, to a fair degree, he hasn't backed up his statements of his intentions in picking a side as stated in his pressers.

He needs to reassert his ability to change the trajectory of the teams fortunes and the players accountability.

This next weeks team selections have become a pivotal moment in his coaching career. He needs to turn it around.

Our socials have become very critical of his coaching performance so the club doesn't need this added distraction to add to our woes with the fans and players.

He will become a successful coach with the Bulldogs. Gus will get him the players but for now he needs to get more proactive with his selections and set a better expectation of what is acceptable player performance. Feel for the guy. It's a rock and a hard place.
