Perfect, was just thinking how much we need another backrower
You need 7 backrowers these days capable of playing in the NRL
1 fucking plodder coaches pet
1 always injured
1 causing splits amongst the playing group
1 hooker turned backrower
And 2 decent prospects barely getting enough gametime
1 import gloryholer

The great thing about backrowers is that you can play them in the frontrow, why even bother with props?

Good we need him
11. Capewell
12. Elliot
13. Jackson
Is better than what we have. I'd be for benching Jackson and starting Topine left edge or lock pending.

People complain about Waddell starting every week but think we don't need another edge second rower?

Topine can play there next year.. RFM could but he's always injured. So it makes sense to get Capewell if he's available for less than 500k. He's a solid defender, good footwork and always a threat to score. Glory holes aside, he'd be a solid signing. Much better than Matterson who'd cost 200k more and has donated his brain to science.

Unless we're able to afford a quality hooker, quality prop and a do the job/quality centre as well I don't want us signing another second rower. I'd also prefer Jaydn Su'a.

I don't think any of our second rowers could play in the front row/prop besides RFM.

Mariner, Waddell and Stimson aren't required. Wish we only had 1 of either Jackson or Elliot

Funny thing is if we had Capewell now or next year he would likely be our best option at centre lol let that sink in

They're all contracted for next year and we need to balance the top 30 accordingly. I'd use RFM in a swap deal for Brandon Smith if that's possible at all.

Like Brandon Smith but I'm in the #13 only camp. But yeah if that swap was an option club would be stupid to knock it back.
