I'd sign carney on a 50k per year contract that gets pushed up to $200k at the end of each year he stays out of trouble. I'd tell him even if he gets so much as a parking fine he'll only get $50k but if he stays out of trouble he gets the whole 200 (or whatever he is actually worth)
