Best thing about this trial so far is it’s obvious who is in contention for fg and who isn’t. I think we can safely rule out Taffy, and likely Hayward and Salmon.

As for guys ruled in, I like the look of Sua, Rinakama, Amone, DSF and Todd. Can’t think of any others that have stood out. Hughes has but he’s a certain starter.

Amone and Todd are the real deal. Solid post contact metres. Amone has excellent effort out of marker, and A+B defender.
Zyon needs more fitness, Galvin left him for dead, but may come good over the year. He looks like a beast.
Where on earth has Rinakama come from - he is a mini Critta. Same body type, great metres out of yardage. Wouldn't surprise me if he starts challenging for a spot on the wing.

But for Amone and DSF one has a big body runs hard and Amone is actually quite impressive!!!

Was a good first half considering it’s the fringe first graders or bench players. Hayes looks good. Hutch is doing well. Actually getting quick ball to his outside men. Our forwards are running and tackling hard. Defence looks strong especially in the middle. Can only imagine how much better it will look with our first graders in there. Team plays ruthless defence.

The try we conceded was a last tackle run. High risk play which paid off for the tiggers. Amone has had some nice carries. Same as zyon. Fafita was almost best on ground first 20. And after early errors from our wingers both boys doing well with some highlight plays. And to think these guys are probably 4th in line at best. So yeh. Future looks bright. Todd with a nice try too. And looked like Underhill was warming up at the end.

Nice to see Amone and Zyon, some beast mode for us - Zyon looks like a hard fucker too. Good to have some MONGREL again!! 25 will be massive for us.
