It will be interesting to see what we paid for him and where he fits in.. I can't see him as more than a backup/utility bench player at full strength. I'd much rather keep Averillo than Taaffe if the salaries are near each other but if Taaffe was signed for cheap then it's not too bad..

I don't mind his signing as FB if Crichton is to play centre. But then that creates more problems as 1 of Xerri or Skelton is likely to miss out.
Then 1 year or so down the track it creates an environment where we likely lose Joash Papalii.

I know some people will say he can play #14... But that doesn't solve the Mahoney not being able to play 80 does it
