Only player tallis wouldnt take on, good lad and very admirable player in his day. Good hole runner, vould whack a bloke and great goalkicker.

Well from what I remember he looked like he had boxed before. Ken Nagas fought that night too, he was good also lol. It was soooo long ago but I think it was Aussie League vs NZ League. I think the Aussie boys took it out. I know for a fact Furner won anyway, he looked the best.
