You will be glad to know that I had josh in my top 20, so not 21...good news

Recruitment = zero results= zero strategic plan
Bring back Kevin Moore, geez he could land a few

And Kev was coach - so by that rationale you're saying Pay should be responsible for recruitment?
Confusing Teddy...confusing.
Oh - and there's a reason why strategic plans stay within the four walls of the board room - so your competitors don't get a sniff of it.
But since you're so in the know on recruitment, you also know there's no plan. Thanks for clarifying that for everyone.

No doubt they went over the fine print of the contracts with no assistance...

Building a great culture unquestionably.
Gaining more and more experience as a head coach. But he’ll never have the kind of recruitment autonomy you’re suggesting. After the well documented disaster, the ‘do nothing’ board put governance in place to ensure that can never happen again - and it was the right move, too.

Remember we had outsiders running the joint, in des and raelene.
The documented situation I believe was unprecedented , we need to be mindful it happened, but have probably gone overboard with the governance.
Maybe decisions are taking too long in recruitment, procrastination, too many opinions, checklists, red tape , etc and then finally getting ratified by the DNB
