And for those of you having problems with rapidshare (saying you have reached your download limit despite not downloading anything) it may be due to your ISP using a proxy for your connection. i.e. More than one user is going through the same server you use for your connection and if they have been downloading off rapidshare that counts against you (from rapidshare's POV).
That's what was happening to me but since I switched ISPs I've never had any problems.
