Sure, but we aren't getting those same opportunities against better opposition. We should've blown them off the park in the first half and it's concerning we didn't. This Sharks game will tell us a lot more, better quality opposition and less squad rotation.

You are right with what you say here, but also remember we’re a team still learning to play together, a ton of new faces in the squad, it will take a bit of time for everyone to get better and trust each other, also I think there was a lot of nervous players out there.

I agree with that in regards to this coming season but not so much for the Storm match. The gap in quality was massive.

He's worth heaps more to us at 750k, than Fifita is at way over a million to GC. Crichton will impact every game with quality attack and defence, and on-field leadership, from any position. He's up with the best centres, plus he's versatile if he needs to be. We picked up a gem in a pretty bare market - no way we overpaid.

The dribble about it is even funnier when you think of Mbye on 800k, or Ash Taylor on a million, 5 years ago. Not to mention the massive overs we've paid plenty of other blokes lately.

I think it is making a comeback of sorts .... Not that long ago it was a glamour position with some of the best players of all time playing there.

Centers often have to deal with numbers and their decision making to slide or jam is crucial.

We were shocking in that area last season with Alamoti in particular constantly being found out.
